We have an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join our Estates teams here atWythenshawe Hospital. As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will be a strong Multitasker with the ability to adhere to deadlines reporting in to the Commercial Manager supporting the effective and efficient Commercial Management of all contractual obligations, and you'll provide skilled and quality leadership to our Estates team on all Commercial requirements.What you'll doAssist with managing sub-contractors, including tender documentation, analysis, and reporting.Support the Commercial Manager in advising the Head of Technical Services on commercial, contractual, and financial matters.Help manage Minor Works/Capital Works for the Trust, SMHL, and Sodexo.Assist in pricing Trust Change Notices (TCNs) and Trust Variation Orders (TVOs), including implementation, CAFM asset changes, and commercial reimbursement.Advise on procurement methods for works and services.Support Life
