Role Requirements

· As the Buildings Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the buildings designs by the Consultants meets expectations. Ensuring systems are designed against a clear statement of compliance with defined requirements, including safety functional requirements and demonstration that the design meets relevant HSE requirements.

· You will line manage a small team of multidisciplinary technical engineers. The team you line manage will review the Consultants deliverables to ascertain that they are fit for purpose and meet the client's needs.

· Design and construction of major new industrial buildings with multifunctionality - workshops, storage, offices etc.

Please note you must be eligible for Security Clearance to be considered for this role. (5 years residency in the UK/British Passport), · It would be beneficial to have experience on high hazard facilities in the nuclear sector or hospitals such as X-ray facilities

· A minimum of a Batchelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required with preferred Chartered Architect or Engineer, registered with appropriate body.

To satisfy the requirements, you will need to have been a legal UK resident for a minimum of 5 years and have successfully complete all stages of the vetting process.

This position has a competitive salary dependent on skills and experience, in addition to a fantastic benefits package including pension contribution matched up to 10%.
