Full Job Description

Oversee service operations, supporting around 9,000 users and devices. Responsible for all first-line support and enhance the overall customer experience.
Forecast and manage infrastructure and user resources to align with business growth.
Drive the adoption and development of new solutions and systems
Draw on expertise, influence and networks to drive and deliver improved infrastructure, platform, and user services for ECC, exemplifying high standards of user-centricity. Handle both commissioned and in-house services with expertise in technology contracting.
Manage multi-million-pound device, network, and platform contracts.

Experience: Proven success of running a digital/ technology function of similar scale either within Local Government or the Public Sector or potentially within a similar scale private sector business or consultancy.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills and behaviours with the ability to inspire others, drive cultural change and forge strong teams from diverse backgrounds to achieve strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Able to influence both strategically and corporately in a complex organisation. Understanding and/or experience of working in a political environment including with senior leaders.
