We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher support the Headteacher in the overall leadership and management of the school/centre. The successful candidate will help ensure the delivery of high-quality education, maintain a positive learning environment, and oversee the implementation of school policies and procedures. The role may involve leading specific areas of the curriculum, overseeing staff, and managing pupil outcomes., Support the Head of School and Deputy Headteacher (DHT) in leading curriculum innovation and design appropriate for our cohorts and in line with the school vision
Support the Head of School and DHT in leading on the effective implementation of the curriculum
Put provision in place to ensure that progress of pupils improves
Ensure that the school carries out its statutory responsibilities regarding all pupils with an EHCP
Support where necessary with identified EHCP reviews
Chair EHCP Review Meetings where necessary
Support all staff in understanding the needs of SEN pupils
Promote a culture and practices that enables all pupils and young people to access the curriculum
Support Head of School and DHT in monitoring progress of pupils and young people
Qualifications Required

UK QTS or equivalent
