Job Description JOB TITLE Assistant Headteacher CONTRACT TYPE Permanent ACCOUNTABLE TO Senior Leadership Team GRADE L11-L15 £63,815 - £70,293 REQUIRED 1 September 2025 The SLT team The Senior Leadership Team at Whitworth Park Academy is a dynamic and dedicated group of professionals committed to fostering an environment of excellence and innovation. The team led by the Headteacher, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education. The Senior Leadership Team are driven to meet the mission at Whitworth Park and put children at the heart of everything that they do. Supporting the Headteacher are two Deputy Headteachers and three Assistant Headteachers. Each brings unique skills and perspectives, contributing to a collaborative and supportive leadership environment.
