managing the school's SEND provision, including the identification, assessment and support of pupils with SEND and line-managing the SEND team
leading and overseeing the personal development of our pupils, fostering a nurturing and supporting environment
contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school
supporting the Headteacher in driving the school's vision and continuous improvement
