The responsibilities of the role will be agreed between the successful candidate, the Head of Department and Numeracy Lead, however they will be focused on identifying key underachieving students and developing plans and strategies to combat pupil weaknesses.   Due to a series of promotions from within the Mathematics Department at Pencoedtre High School we are looking to employ an Assistant Leader of Learning. The department is organised with a Head of Department, and an Assistant Leader of Learning, and there is also a Numeracy coordinator.
