Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play an essential role in supporting the commercial team, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects. This position offers exposure to every stage of project delivery and opportunities for professional development.,

• Assist in subcontractor procurement and tender preparation.
• Groundworks and civils take-offs
• Process invoices, applications for payments, and monitor project budgets.
• Provide commercial support through cost control and reporting.
• Collaborate with site teams and attend client meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
  
  The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their career within a collaborative team environment.
• Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with JCT and NEC contracts is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other construction tools.
