As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you ll support the commercial delivery of a range of refurbishment projects. Working alongside an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor, a Site Manager, and another Assistant QS, you ll assist with small works packages, measurements, procurement tasks, and general commercial duties on live construction sites.

We re looking for someone driven, detail-oriented, and eager to progress in a dynamic construction environment.
+ At least 6 months experience in a similar role (Graduate, Junior, or Assistant QS)
+ Experience in main contracting, refurbishment, or residential construction
+ A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (HNC/HND/Degree preferred but not essential)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ A proactive, self-motivated attitude and strong use of initiative
+ Willingness to work on projects across the North West region
