Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Assistant Reception Manager to support our Reception Manager with our team of friendly Receptionists. The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. As Assistant Reception Manager you will be responsible for supporting our Reception Manager with effective running of the front office. Setting a good example to the team of receptionists and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day, who has high standards and great attention to detail. Communication is key, you will be required to maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel. Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
