Assistant Shop Manager - Sudbury

You will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of the shop; generating donations; display and merchandising; managing stock deliveries and collections; record keeping; cash handling and crucially, recruiting, training, motivating, managing and supporting a loyal and committed team of volunteers.

  With a salary of £23,400 pro rata per annum, this position is working 8 hours a week on a flexible seven day rota basis. It is important to note that Woodgreen Charity Shops are open every day, so this may include some weekend and Bank Holiday cover. This competitive salary will be complemented by;
• Pro rata equivalent of 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years
