What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Stylist at PrettyLittleThing, you will play a key role in supporting our styling team to deliver stunning fashion looks that align with our brand image. • Styling & Shoot Preparation: Assist the Lead Stylist in preparing outfits for photo shoots, ensuring each look aligns with PrettyLittleThing's fashion-forward aesthetic.
• Daily Shoot Coordination: Organise and prepare styling rails for shoots, ensuring priority items are ready and everything is in place for the shoot day.
• Look Creation: Collaborate with the Lead Stylist to create cohesive outfits based on seasonal trends and brand direction.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all looks align with PrettyLittleThing's visual identity and brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across digital content.
• KPI Achievement: Work towards personal daily and weekly KPIs, ensuring all styling tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Sales Feedback: Adjust styling based on feedback from the sales team to meet customer preferences and demands.
• Creative Support: Assist with ad hoc styling tasks and special projects as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including photography, design, and buying, to ensure consistency in styling and visual direction.
