Full Job Description
As Assistant Coordinator you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Your Main areas of responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Manage the daily operations and administrative tasks of the assessment centre, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical staff.
Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations.
Managing client appointments, meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.
Document attendance to spreadsheets using EXCEL.
To be considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations. Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided., Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
Having experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
