Full Job Description
We are now seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to the newly created role of Associate Director of International Recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the University's international student recruitment ambitions, taking responsibility for developing and executing innovative international strategies at a pivotal time for the institution. You will provide direction, support and leadership to the international recruitment team to achieve targets and contribute to growing the reach and reputation of the university globally. You will be responsible for horizon scanning, innovation, thinking differently and ensuring the team is able to pivot to and maximise new opportunities as they arise.
You will be part of Global Engagement's senior leadership team, taking the lead on the outward-facing side of international student recruitment and advocating to and advising internal stakeholders across the University on these matters. A strong cross-team approach is vital, as you will also work with the International Partnerships and Global Opportunities team to diversify student recruitment through pathways and partnerships.
Already possessing significant experience and expertise in the field of international student recruitment, you will be well prepared for this exciting new role, with the confidence and credibility to make and implement major decisions regarding our recruitment activities. You will be an excellent communicator, focused on return on investment, fully aware of trends within the sector and dedicated to achieving the highest standards.

Salary: £70,579 - £89,352
