Now seeking and Associate Director of Operations, to work alongside the Fieldwork team and oversee the Scripting team. The role will involve line management as well as ensuring the technical elements of projects are executed successfully. This is a leadership role, providing the AD with opportunities to contribute to overall business strategy and innovation.
About you:
You will possess a Market Research Operations background, gained from an agency environment. The ideal person will have survey scripting expertise (ideally Confirmit) and well experience in team management.

£50-£60k plus bonus and bens. Hybrid working, a minimum of 2 days/week in the office.
