Proven experience in business rates advisory within the commercial real estate sector - A track record of delivering successful rating outcomes for clients
- Experience advising retail occupiers, landlords, and bulk property types
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality reporting and insights
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- MRICS qualification (preferred) and a degree in a relevant field such as real estate or surveying
