Associate, Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer in CIB Creative Services, you will be part of a dynamic team based in London, working closely with marketing and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing and executing creative programs that support our global operations. Your work will help shape the visual identity of our brand and enhance our communication efforts.,

• Design high-quality and innovative creative materials within Masterbrand requirements, including event-related materials, advertising, brochures, and sales aids.
• Present creative solutions that meet brand standards and provide supporting rationale.
• Synthesize and interpret design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Own the creative process from concept to delivery.
• Articulate and present creative concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from CIB and vendors.
• Manage project schedules and vendor relationships.
• Motivate stakeholders to ensure project momentum.
• Address potential challenges to program success promptly.
• Champion and follow accessibility/ADA guidelines.
  
  BFA in graphic design or similar discipline.
• Relevant corporate or agency design experience.
• Proficiency in both Mac and PC operating platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to create animated graphics in Adobe After Effects.
• Print production skills, including preparing printer-ready files.
• Ability to set up and work with style sheets in various programs.
• Strong organizational skills for project and file management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive work ethic.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to work locally, both on- and off-site.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Experience in a global financial institution or similar industry.
