Associate (Real Estate - Education)

We have a brand new opportunity within our Real Estate - Education team for an ambitious Associate to join on a permanent basis. In the role, you'll provide commercial property support to our busy property department. You'll be working in our expanding property department with a mixture of high profile clients from the education sector. Primarily, you'll be dealing with the property aspects of schools' conversion to Academy status, Academy mergers and reorganisations, and general property work in the education sector. Some of the duties include:

• Providing advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence in a broad range of commercial property matters
• Acting for landowners in relation to Telecoms Code Agreements
• Developing responsibility for running with your own caseload
• Assisting the more senior members of the team with more complex transactions
• Providing marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature, seeking out networking opportunities etc
