To support continued growth, we are seeking an Associate with experience managing utility applications-ideally across multiple geographies-who can independently lead client relationships and help secure and deliver projects globally. This is a unique opportunity to shape a fast-growing service line within a leading real estate consultancy, with potential travel across EMEA and APAC.,

• Build client relationships and assist winning new business mandates.
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the data centre industry.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the data centre industry.
• Attend conferences and other industry events to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments. (Travel required). Adhere to industry regulations and standards.
• Assist and work alongside our Head of Data Centre MEP and Utilities.
• Produce and manage utility applications from initial enquiry through to novation.
• Undertake and or manage the production of supporting calculations and drawings.
• Provide initial advice on capacity headroom and / or reinforcement requirements.
• Procure and manage route proving studies.
• Advise on the appointment of ICP's and iDNO and manage tender process where required.
• Advise on and manage utility relocations where required to support developments.
  
  Minimum of 5-years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience of managing data centre utility applications.
• Experienced in the management of complex, fast paced projects and acting as a subject matter expert.
• Linguistic skills preferred.
