Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated band 2 admin support to work 20 hours a week on a fixed term basis of 3 months to join our friendly secretarial team within the Diabetes Department based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to widen their admin experience. The successful candidates will be required to be a key member of the Secretarial Team, providing a professional and high-quality administrative service at all times., Assisting the secretaries with various office tasks, including scanning, distributing letters, answering the telephone, liaising with patients, GP's etc and booking appointments.
