Supported by the Occupational Therapy teams you will work closely with patients who rely on us in the road to recovery.

This essential service is often delivered to those patients suffering the effects of burns -- it is therefore essential that you are competent and compassionate in the delivery of this service.

Main duties of the job

As a valued member of this amazing team, you will need to evidence your experience in working with sewing machines & over-lockers. You will be able to design and create (calculate and measure) patterns and bespoke garments.

This bespoke opportunity will see you tailor garments to the highest standards to ensure we meet the needs of each individual needs of each patient.

Success will see your communication and organisational skills to work on your own initiative in often time sensitive and challenging environments.

As a vital member of the team this rare opportunity requires a candidate who is experienced in sewing and garment design and can use these skills to produce custom pressure garments to aid patients with scarring following injury or surgery.
