Full Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly team. Staffed between 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. The role will provide a central point of contact and front of house reception duties for our North Somerset receptions across three sites:

  • Coast Resource Centre in Worle, Weston-Super-Mare.
  • Long Fox Unit in Weston-Super-Mare (on Weston General Hospital site).
  • Windmill House in Clevedon., Reception cover and support across three different sites in North Somerset.
  • First point of contact for phone calls to clinical teams at sites; transferring calls, taking accurate messages and escalating as appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting patients and visitors.
  • Advising clinicians when their patients have arrived.
  • Room bookings.
  • Opening and closing the buildings.
  • Making sure the clinic rooms have everything they need.
  • Sorting the post.
  • Signing for deliveries.
  • Reporting building defects.

    Ability to travel to any of these three locations is therefore essential.
