Full Job Description
Working closely with our teams of highly experienced pharmacists and technicians you will participate in the clinical service, building on your clinical experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties.
All applicants are invited to apply in Welsh or English, and no preference will be given to applications submitted in either language., In this stimulating role you will build on your previous experience, developing greater autonomy and responsibility whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialities such as cardiology, respiratory, surgery, paediatrics and mental health.
You will work closely with, and be supported by the Clinical Lead Pharmacists to continue your development in pharmacy practice. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
English and/or Welsh speakers are both equally welcome to apply.
