Bar Staff

Most shifts required are are Friday to Sunday, although flexibility will be needed for some weekday shifts. This is also a seasonal role with expected 10-20 hours through to September, dropping to 5-10 hours in the winter months. This is an excellent position for anybody looking for additional hours alongside another job, or an ideal for a student to work alongside studying.

Duties will include:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Serve drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and other areas area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Previous experience in bartending or working in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team but also alone at times and using own initiative
- Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
- Additionally, candidates must be aged 18 and over.
