Accountable for strict adherence to the project completion program
Maintain a highly visible presence on site.
Accountable for the efficient use of resources if any deviation from the program, by utilising opportunity works.
Monitor the handover of areas and the production of punch lists.

We are open to a variety of experience within Construction/Civil, Electrical and Mechanical and M&E.
SMSTS or SSSTS
Experience of a large multi-disciplined construction project.
Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Able to coordinate and work effectively with external contractors.
Industry safety knowledge and experience.
