Your role

This role is perfect for those who love to meet people and work for a prestige brand in a highly successful and motivated team. It's a critical stepping stone for progression into our Sales or Service operation and gives you the chance to specialise in your preferred area.

Your profile

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of BMW.

This is a full-time role with weekends working on a rota to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. A driving licence is essential for this role.
