Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the expected reimbursed launch of a rare disease asset within the IOMH franchise. In this role, you will define and lead the commercial strategy for the brand, leveraging customer insights to achieve brand objectives. You will have full accountability for the brand, utilizing a digital-first go-to-market model. You will serve as the key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external engagements, including key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patient organisations.

Tasks & responsibilities

Lead the Spevigo GPP expected reimbursed launch

Develop and execute tactical plan aligned with strategy and budget

Drive digital transformation

Interact at a strategic level with international colleagues

Plan and control agreed promotional budget

Ensure adherence to legal requirements, ethical standards, ABPI regulations and company policies.

Prior and proven experience within marketing

Experience of launch execution

Experience of digital marketing advantageous

Strong commercial focus and awareness

Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, experts and advocacy groups

Tenacious and results driven with sound business judgement

Experience of managing budgets

Relevant therapy area experience would be advantageous

ABPI qualified or commitment to gain qualification in required timeline.
