Full Job Description

This is a new role, and you will be instrumental in delivering the RTPI's new brand. As Brand and Marketing Executive, you will be supporting the Head of Brand and Marketing to implement our new brand strategy and marketing activities. What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the roll-out and adoption of RTPI's new identity and voice across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Supporting the delivery of the brand values and engagement programme.
  • Working with colleagues to audit, adapt and deliver any required updates to our channels.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all brand and marketing touchpoints as a true brand guardian.
  • Creating and launching a new digital asset management portal that supports the needs of our internal and external stakeholders for sharing brand guidelines and content, as well as coordinating training and on-going management of the portal.
  • Working closely and building relationships with creative agencies.
  • Working on a new approach to content marketing.
  • Successful candidates will need to be; team players with a can-do attitude, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritise work effectively, focused on organising and bringing people and resources together to achieve objectives, able to build and maintain positive professional relationships including experience in managing suppliers and agencies. They will have a keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills, knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, and be exceptional writers and communicators with ability to create copy for different audiences and channels. The team Introduced to bring new focus to brand and marketing activity, the brand and marketing team works within the communications directorate. Working collaboratively with all parts of the RTPI, the team will have the opportunity to bring a new approach to brand development, building trust and confidence in RTPI.
