Full Job Description
We are excited to offer an excellent growth opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Coventry Building Society Brand Marketing Manager. In January, this year Coventry Building Society welcomed The Co-operative Bank to our family, bringing together two values-driven organisations. Whilst creating an exciting future. This role will play a key part in brand development, marketing initiatives, and contributing to long-term strategy development. You'll work across multiple teams, providing brand guidance, supporting campaign execution, and helping to shape the future of our brand presence in both B2B and B2C markets. These are some of the key responsibilities:
- Creation of strategic brand plans that aligned to marketing and business objectives
- Implement and manage brand positioning and architecture
- Use insights to inform brand and marketing investment
- Maintain, refine, and adapt brand guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Provide support for campaign execution with strong brand governance
- Understand different audience need's: colleagues, B2C, and B2B
- Promote and educate the role of brand internally and externally, whilst adapting to working in a transforming business. This role is perfect for a strategic and detail-oriented professional who has experience in brand collaborations, architecture, governance, and marketing education. Essential: - You'll have experience of working within a brand marketing function.
- Experience in brand architecture
- Effective communication and engagement skills, providing relevant updates to key stakeholders to keep the brand moving in the right direction
- Good understanding of brand strategy and management
- Effective brand campaign management experience with excellent delivery
- Translate business strategy to brand strategy. Desirable:
- Financial or professional services experience
