Full Job Description
Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure timelines are managed and communicated, that budgets are transparent and accurate and that completed projects are delivered to the relevant specifications. Mentorship & Leadership
- Work with the Sr Producer and Director of Production to mentor production staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Support the Director of Production with hiring diverse talent, onboarding, and performance evaluations of production team members.
- Lead development conversations and regular one to ones when required. Communication
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals and vision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, crew members, and partners to facilitate smooth production processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and stakeholders when required.
- Work closely with colleagues specialising in all media, to build consistent campaigns. Finance
- Manage production budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to optimise resources and maintain financial efficiency.
- Conduct timely reconciliations with the Director of Production & Operations and report to finance teams.
- Oversee financial responsibilities within assigned budgets working in SAP, raising and tracking Purchase Orders.
- Provide statistical data to stakeholders when required. Strategic Planning
- Implement best practices, workflows, and operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the production department.
- Forward plan the pipeline of work across the portfolio and to communicate changes in plans to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Work with Production Co-ordinators to manage internal Creative Resource. Legal & Compliance
- Clear copyright on all materials used and, on all Music, supplied by Music Libraries or specially commissioned work.
- Ensure all material delivered is editorially accurate and technically compliant. Creative Talent Management
- Identify, engage, and develop new diverse talent to enhance the team's capabilities, leveraging new skills. Experience in creatively managing resources, including sourcing, and engaging freelance/agency talent across creative, design, and for shoots. Health & Safety

- Experience of localising content in a variety of languages and formats.
- Proven track record of end-to-end production management, delivering advertising/promotional campaigns or relevant brand related short-form content.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of branded content.
- Collaborated with creative teams to develop innovative ideas that effectively conveyed brand messaging., Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders and contractors, fostering transparency and favourable rates.
- Diplomatic communication skills enabling effective team collaboration and interaction at all organisational levels.
- Proven organisational and administrative capabilities, creating and managing complex timelines, live tracking, and adept at risk mitigation and contingency planning. .
- Worked with external design and creative agencies, ensuring budget transparency and favourable procurement rates.
- Managed complex shoots both on location and in-studio, adhering to health & safety regulations.
- Managed on air rebrands, channel launched or refreshes, including budgeting, agency management, and delivering content to air.
- Managed budgets exceeding 100k and organized complex shoots and post-production processes.
- Experience as a Broadcast Production Manager, ensuring on-time and on-budget project deliveries within an on-air team.
