- Follow menu specifications to cook mouth-watering breakfasts for hungry guests
- Support the kitchen management in food preparation
- Help keep the kitchen organised and stocked with fresh ingredients
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness, food labelling and storage
- Learn new skills, techniques and how to make dishes shine under the guidance of our talented chefs
- Embrace the Marriott culture
Enjoys the fast-paced kitchen environment - Understands the balance between being a team player and using their own initivative
- Can communicate clearly (verbal, listening, writing)
- Is proactive, reliable and can support shifts including weekends and bank holidays
- Has NVQ Level 1 and/or 2 (desirable)
- A positive, can-do attitude - a smile goes a long way in the kitchen
