Building Windows 11 devices associated with Retail branches of the client organization and facilitating app deployment based on defined procedures, Logging and reviewing incidents raised following Windows 11 deployments and supporting users on Windows 11
Input into Incident triage sessions with deployment engineers/devices engineers/BAU engineers
Carry out route cause analysis for incidents
Create and review KBAs to share knowledge between project and BAU)
Troubleshooting issues related to adding peripheral devices

Expertise in Windows 11, Intune
Good knowledge in Cloud technologies.
Rich experience in client interaction, requirement gathering, analysis and implementation.
In addition to prior work experience and business skills,
