Full Job Description
Thank you for your interest in this post. We are looking for a building services manager to join our dedicated and hard-working federated site team. This position will be based at Cherry Oak School. This is a permanent full time position. The successful candidate will be a committed, reliable and self-motivated person, who is able to form positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. As the building services manager you will work closely with all members of our skilled site team and share responsibility for the security, safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the estate ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our whole community.

- the ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a wider team Please note that responsibility for key holding is a requirement of the position. On occasion it may be necessary to support site staff in the other settings of the federation but this will be within existing work patterns., This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
