  Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for ensuring that buildings remain safe, functional, and fit for purpose? Do you have the skills to manage maintenance projects from start to finish, and the expertise to lead property surveys and improvements?, Essential: A University degree in Building Engineering/Surveying and full membership of a professional organisation (e.g., RICS).
• Experience: Proven experience in managing building works, including new builds, repairs, and refurbishments.
• Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to work with asset management software, and sound knowledge of building regulations and health & safety.
• Desirable: Master's degree or further qualifications in construction management, as well as experience with CDM 2015 regulations.
