This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Facilities team as a Business Administrator
The Facilities team drives services to support the Trust running services such as car parking, portering, domestics, catering and much more.
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role in a dynamic, high paced, friendly and supportive team. You will provide high quality administrative support to the team, supporting a range of projects and being key to ensuring that the team is able to work as effectively as possible., The post holder is responsible for assisting service leads with the administration that supports the day to day running and organisation of their service.
With this in mind you will have a value base compatible with our work and a passion for improving health and wellbeing outcomes for the population of Tameside. You will be highly organised, motivated, self-disciplined and a real team player., The post holder must be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of administration and have experience working in a similar team.
The post holder will have a flexible approach to work and a problem-solving approach. The post holder will need to have a friendly and helpful manner and have a sensitive approach when dealing with complex and confidential information.
