Full Job Description
Utilizing the Hub and Spoke Model and working with the clients Data platforms and services, including a reporting dashboard platform. The BA will need to analyse the companies' requirements and work with the key stakeholders to find how to make the most out of their data.
- Proven experience in working management information, data hubs and data science.
- Data modelling techniques (Data Vault 2.0 and Anchor Modelling).
- Reporting dashboard experience (Power BI)
- SQL Databases and Excel
- Analyzing Data and translating to business requirements
- Proven experience of documenting Data Quality issues.
- Well versed in communicating with stakeholders. Desirable:
- Previously designed and implemented a Hub-and-Spoke Model
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP).
- Worked with NoSQL platforms.
- Knowledge of JSON, Delta Lake, Parquet, and Markdown
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (eg, BCS Business Analysis certification, Lean Six Sigma).
- Certification in Agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
