Responsible for the user experience of company products and makes improvements according to research and client preference and feedback. Scopes the vision for the experience, ensuring it follows Broadridge guidelines, and actively supports sales engagements. Conducts user requirements analysis, information architecture design and user testing. Produces user requirement specifications, prototypes, and design specifications. Works closely with development teams to ensure design specifications are implemented.



  • Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieve goals through own work

  • Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education

  • May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise

  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills

  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

  • Solves a range of straightforward problems

  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction


Functional Knowledge:



  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines


Business Expertise:



  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work


Leadership:



  • No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members


Problem Solving:



  • Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents


Impact:



  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies


Interpersonal Skills:



  • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
