- Leading the development and delivery of business architecture solutions including process mapping, service design and customer journey construction.
- Providing consulting services to clients to help them transform their business operations and customer experience.
- Designing and delivering artefacts ensuring alignment Facilitating workshops and engaging in design thinking methodologies.
- Taking a leadership role on projects.
Strong experience in business architecture and delivering business solutions with some time spent in a consulting environment. - Strong experience in process mapping, customer journey construction and design thinking.
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of developing and delivering key strategic elements and artefacts.
