Full Job Description
Keele University have established a new Transformation Department to drive the transformation of our professional services. The team will focus on enhancing technology, business processes, and workforce skills to deliver improved service quality, greater efficiency, and a positive impact on the student experience. These newly created roles offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Keele University and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey., As Business Design Lead (Professional Services) you will support the Director of Services Transformation to develop our approach to end-to-end service design and architecture, working alongside directorate leaders to shape the future design of services and their integration and successful implementation. You will use tools such as user research, stakeholder mapping, value proposition design, and business modelling (including lean and agile approaches) to define what good looks like and determine how that can be delivered to service users. In collaboration with a team of Business Analyst (your direct reports), you will have a strong focus on identifying and delivering on opportunities for streamlining business processes and enhancing the use of digital systems and technology to significantly improve and automate workflow to both boost staff productivity and user experience.
