You’ll hold the Diploma in Lending Skills Professional Qualification, or equivalent, or be willing to study for and complete one within 18 months.

Along with the ability to build a professional network internally across business segments, you’ll have experience in an environment of learning on a weekly basis with a focused coaching plan.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Experience of delivering presentations to customers
  • Effective relationship management, diary management, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of technology platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and the ability to network effectively
