Join our team at Exertis as a Business Manager within our Software Category, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing partnerships with world-leading brands like McAfee, Microsoft, and Norton. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building relationships, driving results, and contributing to the success of our business. As a Business Manager, your primary focus will be to strengthen and promote Exertis as the "Best Partner" for our software brands. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute tailored business plans, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Exertis and our vendor partners., Vendor Management:

  • Negotiate favourable terms to drive profitable sales while optimising cost-to-serve.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to ensure effective forward planning, tracking progress, and identifying next steps for business development.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create coordinated, account-specific marketing plans aimed at boosting both new business and expanding existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with vendor stakeholders to ensure maximum leverage of Exertis' value proposition.
  • Internal Collaboration:
  • Partner with Exertis senior leadership to develop bespoke business development strategies for each vendor.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Commercial, Marketing, and Purchasing, to drive sales, optimise stock levels, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify target accounts and create customised business expansion strategies.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
