Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in the education sector? Bradford Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Academy, providing leadership and direction across various operational activities. We offer 27 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a two-week Christmas closure, among many other staff perks, ensuring you have ample time to rest and recharge.

In this full-time, all year-round position, you will be responsible for managing the Administration Team and Sports Centre Staff. Your main purpose will be to oversee daily administration and manage administrative staff as well as overseeing the admissions & cover processes. You will oversee supply staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements.

Your duties will include managing the school diary, liaising with staff, students, parents, and external vendors and organising and promoting events through various channels. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with local sporting bodies, clubs, and organisations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment at a senior level, preferably within either Primary or Secondary Education. Excellent attention to detail, literacy/numeracy skills, and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize are essential.
