We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Business Manager for Novus Gower, our prison education provider at HMP & YOI Parc offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week.

For almost 30 years we have been helping men, women and children of all ages and abilities, in prison settings across England and Wales, to take new directions.
What the role entails
The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive Business Management service that supports contract performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
In order to do this successfully you'll need to:
- Ensure data and reports are accurate and produced in line with deadlines
- Manage the procurement process in line with financial regulations, under the guidance of the Deputy Head of Education
- Accurate recording, monitoring and reporting on all staff absence, CPD, quality measures and annual leave
- Manage and retain a skilled, flexible, motivated and qualified administration team
- Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the learners and the Education provision
