Business Operations Associate, Study Vendor Management

As the Business Operations Associate, Study Vendor Management, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of various Clinical Operations functions, ensuring operational excellence across early and late-stage clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include assisting with critical support functions such as Vendor Strategy and Management, Clinical Compliance, Monitoring, and Business Operations. You may also provide input into budgets and timelines and offer administrative support for clinical systems and technologies utilized by Clinical Operations. • Support the day-to-day operations of assigned activities within relevant Clinical Operations functions, ensuring compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as study teams, to ensure timely completion of drug and non-drug program goals and objectives.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date project status and financial information through relevant tracking systems and tools.
• Identify and escalate issues related to functional deliverables, proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Assist with vendor oversight by preparing governance meeting materials, documenting key performance measures, and managing follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support for clinical systems, including processing study invoices and supporting clinical study contracts and documentation.
  
  Relevant experience in the health care field or direct clinical trial-related experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and general knowledge of drug development and ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, administrative skills, and computer ability.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimal (0-5%) travel required.
Education:
• BS/BA degree or associate degree or equivalent.
