We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Relationship Manager to strengthen our connections with local businesses and drive apprenticeship and training opportunities., + Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to engage employers, with a focus on Apprenticeship levy-paying businesses. + Negotiate and secure bespoke training solutions, including pricing and service agreements. + Generate and manage sales leads through cold calling, direct marketing, and follow-up activities.

• Client Relationship Management:
• + Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. + Work closely with curriculum teams to align training offerings with employer needs. + Promote full-cost courses and apprenticeship opportunities to businesses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• + Collaborate with internal teams to support student recruitment, apprenticeship placements, and sector-specific recruitment campaigns. + Utilise CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activity.
  
  
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in education or training.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data management.
• Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
• A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.
