Full Job Description
The Business Support Officer role is part of Warwickshire County Council's Business Support, delivering high-quality, professional business support to services across the organisation. The role involves providing effective, flexible, and responsive business support to one of the Council's services, with the ability to support other teams as necessary Role Details:
- Job Title: Business Support Officer
- Salary Grade: Grade E
- Hours: 30
- Team: Business Support Team 1
- Responsible to: Business Support Team Lead
- Role Purpose: To support Early Support including the Domestic Abuse Team and the Children with Disabilities team. Role Responsibilities:
- Using in-house systems - Mosaic, Unit 4, Five9
- Finance - processing invoices, ordering and purchasing
- Taking telephone calls
- Working with spreadsheets
- Monitoring inboxes
- Admin support for panels
- Supporting front line workers i.e. Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Early Support Officers
- To work closely with the Team Manager and Senior Business Support Officers
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is Required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
