Cabling Supervisor

Join our team as a Cabling Supervisor, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and overseeing daily operational duties of cabling / splicing gangs working across the Northeast of England. If you're passionate about ensuring work is delivered on time, safely, and in compliance with regulations, we want to hear from you! What We expect of you : You will manage and supervise field operatives, ensuring smooth operations and driving improvements in performance. You'll actively support the delivery of business KPIs, always striving for continuous improvement. You will serve as the go-to expert for all technical aspects of fibre installation. You'll also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of documentation and risk feedback. To keep projects running efficiently, you'll ensure resource capacity matches workload demands.

You will have experience in FTTP cabling, including both overhead and underground / blown fibre installations. Proven experience at a supervisory level within the telecoms industry or similar utilities is essential, along with NRSWA and PIA accreditation. You will possess the ability to effectively manage field-based teams, ensuring they meet business needs while driving operational effectiveness.
