Cafe Assistant

Northumberland County Council's Staff Bank is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Café and Information Assistants at the Tyne Riverside Country Park. This is a temporary, ad-hoc role.,

• Prepare and serve refreshments in the café
• Provide excellent customer service and visitor information
• Handle cash and maintain stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Support the operation of the Visitor Centre, Career opportunities - Build and increase your employability and professional network with the opportunity to gain fixed term and permanent contracts.

You will be subject to Northumberland County Council's pre-employment checking process which includes a minimum of 2 references covering the past 3 years, health clearance and proof of right to work in the UK and depending on the assignment you may be required to undertake a DBS check.
