Working in our marketing campaigns team you will be responsible for coordinating the creative workload through the business working with both the internal team and external agency and freelance partners to deliver to deadlines. Your role will support the multi-channel strategy and execution for our Brand and Activation campaign workstreams with a primary focus on ATL, in-store, online and performance channels.,

• Campaign Delivery:
+ Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with business gals, customer insights, and brand positioning.
• Agency Relationship Management
+ Support in managing the relationships with our lead brand/creative strategy and media agencies, including contract negotiations, day-to-day management, and campaign delivery.

You will be an excellent communicator with a flair for storytelling and curious about marketing effectiveness and the roles that brand/activation play in delivering profit. Your natural ability to plan will be supported by excellent project management skills and a thoughtful problem-solving mindset. You will also be naturally adept at building great working relationships with your internal and external stakeholders., 1. At least 2 years of experience in a campaign-focused marketing role, with a proven ability to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns 2. A degree in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent qualification e.g mini MBA or similar 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling content.
