Full Job Description

Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated., Caniad is a service user and carer involvement service for people that use mental health services, and their carers, in Cardiff and The Vale. The Caniad service is hosted by Adferiad Recovery.

The Team Leader will be responsible for offering support within mental health services across Cardiff and The Vale to lead a team to facilitate involvement and co-production opportunities to enhance services.

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday, occasional evening and weekend availability)

Salary: £25,027.20 per annum

Holidays: 25 days per year plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)
